Policies
The following rule applies in general
- We only apply visa on behalf of the clients. Outcome of the visa is at discretion of the embassy and we have no role in that
- In-case visa is denied cancellation rules will apply
- In-Case of a cruise itinerary of Genting Dreams or Superstar Cruise liners, a compulsory gratuity of 21SGD per pax per day or Equivalent needs to be paid directly
- If the itinerary if for Dubai, Malaysia, European City then City tax amounting to 3 to 10 USD per day needs to be paid at the resort or Hotel directly and may change on discretion of the city and the hotel
- In-Case of Self drive itinerary : Credit card in the name of main renter is compulsory. In-case renter fails to produce a valid credit card or Driving License, he or she shall be denied the rental car and we shall not be liable for any refunds
- In-case of self drive itinerary : Fuel and Parking needs to be paid by the renter
- In-case of self drive itinerary : Security needs to be paid by renter which is refundable once they return the car to the rental company as per their terms and conditions
- Security deposit is compulsory at all international hotels
